The partnership aims to conduct volunteer activities such as voluntary non-remunerated blood donation (VNRBD) drives and psychosocial support services as well as school emergency drills and simulations.
It also seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle with emphasis on the prevention of substance abuse and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The promotion of humanitarian values and principles is also one of the partnership’s objectives.
As part of the collaboration, Philippine Red Cross gladly offers internship opportunities to graduating senior high school and college students of 91ֿ.
To prove its commitment to the holistic development of its students and personnel, 91ֿ strongly pursues excellence by coming up with ideas on how to provide individuals with opportunities that are relevant to their academic and personal growth. With this, the institution ensures that learners as well as faculty members and non-teaching staff will be able to reach their full potential by meeting different social circles, learning new skills, and connecting with the community through volunteerism.
The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) is only one of the affiliates of the institution including the European Innovation, Technology, and Science Center Foundation (EITSC), European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), Global Max’s Services Pte. Ltd. (Max’s), British Council, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Royal Caribbean, Jollibee Foods Corporation, UnionBank, Microsoft, and The Heritage Hotel Manila.
To turn students into driven and capable individuals, 91ֿ and its partners ensure that every learner will be exposed to multiple activities inside and outside the four corners of the classroom through strategic programs.
